If the product you received has quality issues, is damaged during shipping, is an incorrect item, or is clearly inconsistent with the order description, you can contact our customer service team to apply for a return or refund after receiving the product. To facilitate faster processing, please provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the problem.

Users can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be in their original condition, including complete packaging, accessories, and no damage caused by the customer. If the product shows obvious signs of use, is damaged, or is missing some accessories due to personal reasons, we may not be able to accept the refund request.

After receiving the returned product and completing the inspection and confirmation, orders that meet the refund conditions will usually be processed within 3 business days, and the refund amount will be returned to the user’s original payment account. The specific arrival time may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of different banks or payment platforms.

Refunds may not be possible or only partial refunds may be offered in the following situations:

The product has been visibly used or damaged by the customer.

The return request period has expired.

Original packaging, accessories, or order information are missing.

Delivery failure due to an incorrect address.

Return requests not due to product quality issues.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will do our best to assist with cancellation; if the product has already been shipped, it will need to be processed according to the normal return procedure.
